Two new caches (pending approval)

Just an update here. We’ve placed two more caches out in the wild and expect them to be approved and published shortly. One is an easy find, the other is a puzzle involving a cipher and is inspired by Halpert’s recent inclination to similar caches. Hopefully, these two dandies will be live in the next 36 hours.
